ORDERING POLICIES

Regular Orders

Orders placed after 4 pm Monday –Wednesday will be processed the next day and shipped within 7-14 days. Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week. 

Holidays & Special Orders

Custom and volume orders (i.e. special event orders, holidays, etc.) requiring custom materials require a 3-6 -week lead time. Please plan accordingly. For questions you may contact us at 931-401-8300 CST

Order Processing

We believe fresh is best so for this reason our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness.  Please allow 7-14 business days to allow for delivery of most orders.  Also, please plan your purchases accordingly so that you do not run out of your favorite TANZU product.

Order Cancellation

Due to the nature and method of our product creation (handcrafted), order cancellation is not an option. Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please be sure of your purchase before clicking the “Place Order” button. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
