Refunds & Returns


We are committed to customer satisfaction and our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds.  We will gladly give you a store credit toward an equal or different product. You are encouraged to "Try Before You Buy" if you are unsure of how our products will work for you. See Samples


Due to the nature of our business model (handcrafted) we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee the purity of our products to our customers. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please be sure of your purchase before clicking the “Place Order” button.  ** Exceptions (see below). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

**Defective, Damaged & Missing Items

Please inspect all orders upon arrival. Defective, damaged or missing items must be reported the next business day by contacting us at Such items will be replaced with an identical item or store credit.

Returning Defective or Damaged Items

The product must be returned within 7 business days via FedEx or UPS to ensure delivery.  After 7 days the product will be refused and the sale considered final. Please include the following with your return:

  • Damaged and/or defective product
  • Original sales or packing receipt
  • All original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • TANZU Gift Cards
  • Product Samples
  • Individual Product included as part of a set (entire set must be returned)

Return Postage

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.  We are a small privately owned business and cannot bear the cost of shipping returns.  We trust our customers will understand and shop wisely.
