PRIVACY POLICY
We will NEVER sell or rent your information to anyone for any reason---EVER. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology
When you make a purchase, we use your information:
• To process your order;
• Keep you updated on your purchase; and
• To personalize your experience.
We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping experience so that we might improve it. It also enables you to retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
PURCHASING
Regular Orders
Orders placed after 4 pm Monday –Wednesday will be processed the next day. Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.
Special Orders
Custom and volume orders (i.e. special event orders, etc.) requiring custom materials require a 3-4 -week lead time. Please plan accordingly.
Order Processing
We believe fresh is best so for this reason our products are made in small batches using a "on demand" business model. Please allow 7-14 business days to allow for delivery. Also, please plan your purchases accordingly so that you do not run out of your favorite TANZU product
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is not an option. Please be sure of your purchase before clicking the “Place Order” button.
SHIPPING COST / METHOD
FREE shipping on all orders over $75. There is a flat rate of $6.00 for all orders less than $75. All products are shipped parcel post which includes tracking.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our business model (products on demand) we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee the purity of our products to our customers. Please be sure of your purchase before clicking the “Place Order” button.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect all orders upon arrival. Defective, damaged or missing items must be reported the next business day by contacting us at Info@tanzuskincare.com. Such items will be replaced with an identical item or store credit.
RETURNING DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
The product must be returned within 7 business days via FedEx or UPS to ensure delivery. After 7 days the product will be refused and the sale considered final. Please include the following with your return:
• Original sales or packing receipt
• All original packaging.
Return Postage
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. We are a small privately owned business and cannot bear the cost of shipping returns. We trust our customers will understand and shop wisely.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, Cash App and Pay Pal. Please provide the exact billing address and phone number for your credit card that your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay order processing. Please note that your credit card will be billed the moment the order is placed. If your card is declined your order will not be shipped until the issue is resolved or another card is used. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DISCLAIMER
When You receive your product be sure to read the ingredient list carefully. For all new products you may begin using on your skin it is important and highly recommended that you test for breakouts and or allergic reactions. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately.
**If you are pregnant, please consult your physician before using any products containing essential oils.
